I love Mr. Rogers. He was a highly-skilled and trained musician. I still sing about the neighborhood on days I feel especially loved and supported. But it is not his great gift for music that I would like to talk about, but his homemade puppetry.
King Friday and Lady Elaine were no match for the wonders Jim Henson made available on public television, but that did not stop Mr. Rogers from sharing both his strength in song and his sincerity in story. His vulnerability has inspired me to release my YouTube channel.
My deep desire to make the Word easily accessible to the world has me uploading amateur-level video recordings. I have chosen to share in whatever way I can for those who might find value in having the Bible read to them.
